Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of 5-7 simultaneous customer implementations: from kickoff and discovery to configuration, UAT, training, go-live, and transition to Customer Success.

• Oversee project scope, timeline, budget, risk, and dependencies, ensuring each project remains on schedule and within its limits, addressing issues proactively.

• Conduct weekly customer status meetings and steering committees, providing concise written status updates and managing change requests with diligence.

• Coordinate the internal team, including SF Specialists, Implementation Leads, Support Services, and Technical Services.

• Leverage AI agents (Claude Cowork, Code) and lightweight automation to enhance efficiency across active projects: auto-drafting status emails, summarizing calls, tracking RAID items, and populating tracker fields.

• Develop predictive workflows using project data to identify slippage patterns early, forecast timelines and resources, and highlight risks before they escalate.

• Facilitate escalations both internally and with clients, identifying issues promptly, proposing solutions, and ensuring decisions are made.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of practical Project Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS implementation, professional services, or consulting.

• Proficient in essential PM practices: scope management, timeline planning, risk register maintenance, RAID logs, status reporting, and change management.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently, capable of context-switching without losing focus.

• Interested in and actively using AI tools: experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or a strong desire to begin.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), comfortable interacting with clients, including senior stakeholders.

• Familiarity with modern project management tools (Precursive, Rocketlane, Jira, Monday, Notion, Smartsheet — any combination).

• Based in the EU (preferably UK or France; remote-EU candidates are welcome) with working hours overlapping both our EU team and our US-East customers.
