This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Oversee designated projects through established phases, from execution initiation to commissioning and project closure.
• Ensure readiness for project gates by fulfilling necessary deliverables and obtaining approvals before progressing.
• Create and oversee project execution strategies, timelines, and budgets in accordance with PMO standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services.
• Identify and address project risks, issues, and manage change control effectively.
• Deliver precise and timely project reporting utilizing standardized PMO tools.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities as necessary.
• Foster a robust culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Field Coordination: Manage daily activities of subcontractors and trade partners on-site. Ensure field operations comply with project drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks. Aid in scheduling, material planning, and tracking installation progress. Support readiness for commissioning and system turnover. Advocate and enforce safety policies and safe work practices on-site.
• Customer and Contractor Integration: Act as a vital contact for clients, general contractors, and trade partners. Clearly and proactively communicate project updates, schedules, and milestones. Establish strong professional connections with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Keep precise project documentation and communication records.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical field.
• Over 5 years of experience managing intricate industrial or systems integration projects.
• Experience in coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and project documentation on active job sites.
• Familiarity with automation, control systems integration, or mission-critical infrastructure environments is advantageous.
• PMP certification or progress towards certification is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully coordinating construction-site activities or executing technical projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to collaborate across teams.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic project environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and project scheduling software such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams and leadership.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and how project decisions affect safety and system performance.
