Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Analyzes daily production reports and communicates relevant information to higher management.

• Verifies timekeeping records and submits them for approval, including PA/PC hours.

• Assists in maintaining and updating Lean documentation.

• Develops training materials for projects and provides training for PCs.

• Collaborates with project developers to receive updates on project specifics.

• Addresses project-related issues at the project level.

• Coordinates with other PCs, PMs, and SPMs to ensure comprehensive coverage of all responsibilities within the designated process flow.

• Responds promptly to ambiguities, changes, and updates from SPM(s) and ensures dissemination of information to other team members.

• Identifies and communicates opportunities for process enhancements or areas of waste to improve process flow and promote efficiency, while gathering feedback from team members.

• Completes End of Day (EOD) reports related to process flow to facilitate a smooth transition to the next shift owners.

• Achieves or surpasses all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs relevant to the specific process flow of the assigned project.

• Performs additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a college or university.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• General understanding of online communication platforms.

• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

• Flexibility to work in a remote, office, or hybrid environment based on the specific role.

• Leadership skills, including the ability to provide and receive feedback, recognize when to delegate tasks, and exhibit confidence.

• Capability to follow instructions and complete time-sensitive tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks without a decline in quality.

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach.

• Organized and focused, able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
