Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with individuals, clients, and stakeholders to identify needs and requirements while crafting innovative solutions.

• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from inception to completion.

• Develop project roadmaps, plans, and effective solutions.

• Explore potential solutions in conjunction with project teams.

• Manage expectations of stakeholders, clients, and project teams.

• Conduct thorough checks and oversee sensitive timelines.

• Facilitate daily communication with both the team and clients.

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment.

• Adjust to shifting priorities and deliver results punctually with minimal oversight.

• Conduct comprehensive information-gathering sessions to collect client program requirements.

• Validate workflows and processes for new opportunities.

• Guide clients and suggest process enhancements throughout the implementation phase.

• Address process and operational inconsistencies effectively.

• Engage with clients to maintain satisfaction and confidence during implementations.

• Remain accountable for the success or failure of projects and launches, team performance survey results, and client NPS feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business project management.

• Experience in BPO is essential.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management.

• Over 5 years in operations and/or account management, engaging directly with clients.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Keen attention to detail coupled with a dedication to accuracy and quality.

• Self-motivated individual eager to assist project teams.

• PMP certification is a valuable addition.
