Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to strategize, foster relationships, and meet the needs of all stakeholders.

• Operate independently, take ownership of challenges, and make decisions that prioritize clients' interests.

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects with respect to schedule, scope, budget, and quality.

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships.

• Lead a project team consisting of over 10 resources.

• Engage in project and financial planning.

• Manage project resourcing effectively.

• Complete status reports and communicate updates to key stakeholders.

• Identify and report deviations, risks, and issues related to the project plan, ensuring that mitigation strategies are established and monitored.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project management encompassing mobilisation, project planning, resource allocation, monitoring and reporting, risk and issue management, and budget oversight.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively organize project teams.

• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple initiatives to meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a flexible work approach.

• Responsible for tracking project finances and ensuring profitable delivery.

• Background in implementing changes within the legal sector.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in software delivery.

• Proven experience collaborating with Legal Teams.
