Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to strategize, foster relationships, and provide deliverables to stakeholders.

• Function independently and tackle challenges while maintaining commercial awareness.

• Ensure project delivery aligns with schedule, scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships.

• Lead a project team comprising 10 or more resources.

• Manage project and financial planning, resource allocation, completion of status reports, and communication of progress to key stakeholders.

• Identify and report deviations, risks, and issues pertaining to the plan, ensuring that appropriate mitigating actions are defined and executed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project management, including mobilization, project planning, resource allocation, monitoring and reporting, risk and issue management, and budget oversight.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven capacity to organize project teams effectively.

• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple initiatives to meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, complemented by a flexible work approach.

• Accountability for tracking project finances and ensuring profitable delivery.

• Experience in implementing change within the legal sector.

• Distinguish yourself from peers with 2 to 5 years of experience in software delivery.

• Familiarity with collaborating alongside Legal Teams.
