Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to strategize, build relationships, and meet the needs of all project stakeholders.

• Operate independently, making decisions that align with the best interests of clients while maintaining commercial awareness.

• Receive support and guidance from the leadership team, while sharing innovative ideas internally.

• Comprehend the process of implementing changes within legal teams.

• Accountable for the successful delivery of projects concerning schedule, scope, budget, and quality.

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships.

• Lead a project team consisting of over 10 resources.

• Conduct project and financial planning, resource allocation, and complete status reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated project management experience, including mobilization, project planning, resource management, monitoring and reporting, risk and issue management, and budget oversight.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to organize project teams effectively.

• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a flexible approach to work.

• Responsible for tracking project finances and ensuring accountable, profitable delivery.

• Background in implementing change within the legal sector.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in software delivery.

• Familiarity with working alongside Legal Teams.
