Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mauritius.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to strategize, cultivate relationships, and fulfill the needs of all project stakeholders.

• Operate independently, taking ownership of challenges and making decisions that prioritize clients' best interests.

• Receive support and guidance from the leadership team while sharing ideas and innovations within the organization.

• Acquire insights on implementing tangible changes within legal teams that involve people, processes, and technology.

• Enhance operations within legal teams to provide genuine value to the businesses they serve.

• Cultivate skills and a mindset aimed at fostering innovation for clients.

• Successfully deliver projects concerning schedule, scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Manage and nurture client relationships.

• Lead a project team consisting of over 10 resources.

• Execute project and financial planning.

• Allocate resources to projects and prepare status reports to communicate updates to key stakeholders.

• Identify and communicate any deviations, risks, and issues related to project plans, ensuring that mitigating actions are established and monitored.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated project management experience, encompassing mobilization, project planning, resource allocation, monitoring and reporting, risk and issue management, and budget oversight.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to organize project teams effectively.

• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously to meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a flexible work approach.

• Experience in tracking project finances and holding oneself accountable for profitable outcomes.

• Background in implementing change within the legal sector.

• Distinguish yourself with 2 to 5 years of experience in software delivery.

• Experience collaborating with Legal Teams.
