📋 Description

• Accountable for the effective execution of customer implementation projects.

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from start to finish.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the delivery phase.

• Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to orchestrate project activities.

• Manage risks and interdependencies throughout the project.

• Ensure that projects advance according to established timelines.

• Spot opportunities for enhancing delivery processes.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Assist in the development of implementation best practices.

• Proven Project Manager with a successful history of delivering customer implementation or technical projects.

• Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple simultaneous projects and competing demands.

• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient stakeholder management skills, with the capability to establish trusted relationships at every level.

• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, able to convey information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong customer orientation with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.

• Ability to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and make informed decisions based on data and experience.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and proficient in working independently while effectively collaborating with teams.

• Commercially savvy, understanding how successful project delivery aligns with business goals.

• Strong facilitation and coordination skills, ensuring that tasks are completed as planned.
