Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of project planning and timelines, including both internal and client-facing milestones.

• Develop budgets, identify dependencies, and outline resourcing requirements.

• Monitor progress, assess risks, and evaluate delivery health.

• Transform approved briefs into actionable execution plans.

• Oversee daily operations across teams.

• Propel timelines, track progress, and maintain momentum.

• Conduct quality assurance in collaboration with Creative Leads to ensure brand and creative integrity.

• Proactively identify and address delivery risks at an early stage.

• Guarantee that work is completed on schedule, aligns with the scope, and stays within budget.

• Minimize errors through effective planning and disciplined processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project, Account, or Campaign management role, or as a Creative Producer within a brand or advertising context.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently.

• Strong understanding of creative communication and how creative content can influence business results.

• Knowledge of creative processes with a proven capability to scope, budget, and adhere to strict timelines and milestones.

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Asana, Trello).

• Comprehensive understanding of Digital Advertising, Social Media platforms, Branding, and Communications.

• Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma.

• Interest in AI along with some familiarity with leading creative AI tools, particularly Midjourney and ChatGPT.

• An organized, client-focused, and detail-oriented approach with an account management perspective.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas and coordinate efforts within large international teams.

• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and take responsibility.
