Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead ERP/SIS projects with overall responsibility.

• Monitor and report on the project budget effectively.

• Develop a project plan tailored to the size and scope of each assigned initiative.

• Schedule and oversee SIG resources allocated to projects; collaborate with the Resource Manager.

• Partner with clients to ensure the appropriate client resources are allocated to the project; manage all implementation teams.

• Offer advisory services to facilitate change management within the organization.

• Monitor project progress and deliver regular status updates to project sponsors and other executives as needed.

• Identify and escalate project issues promptly while recognizing potential setbacks.

• Collaborate with the client to formulate a risk management plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of project management experience in Higher Education is essential.

• Expertise in SaaS implementation is required.

• Proven experience in managing the development and implementation of software enhancements, maintenance programs, and new product releases.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, along with critical thinking abilities.

• Experience in effectively communicating and reporting at the executive level.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet to plan and monitor large, complex projects.

• Capability to organize and lead multiple projects for several clients concurrently.

• Demonstrated experience as a project lead, successfully motivating teams to achieve results.

• Experience with Ellucian Banner, Colleague, or other ERP and Student Information Systems.

• Willingness to travel to client campuses occasionally (up to 25%).
