Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Supervising all phases of the project and its successful delivery.

• Forming project teams, delegating individual tasks, and ensuring accountability.

• Creating and managing a budget and timeline to guarantee the project's timely completion.

• Keeping standard project management documentation and metrics with minimal guidance.

• Collaborating directly with both internal and external client representatives.

• Overseeing the project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Finance.

• Proficient in MS Project.

• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic multinational environment and adapt to frequent changes.

• 3 to 5+ years of prior program/project management experience is essential.

• Proven experience in successfully leading project implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or similar applications.

• Certification as a project manager for SAP SuccessFactors or an equivalent qualification.
