Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional projects across the organization’s proprietary platform.

• Sustain operational structure and execution visibility utilizing the Atlassian product suite.

• Aid in managing timelines, task ownership, updates, and the tracking of project dependencies.

• Organize work activities for various initiatives across multiple teams and departments.

• Evaluate and ensure progress against milestones, budgetary parameters, and other performance metrics within Confluence.

• Establish effective communication channels, including the coordination of regular project meetings and cross-functional discussions.

• Provide internal and external updates on project status.

• Identify and document project risks, issues, actions, decisions, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Generally requires over 5 years of related professional experience.
