Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Oversee technological and digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, quality, and coordination between technical teams and business units.

• Planning and monitoring of projects.

• Coordination of teams and stakeholders.

• Management of risks, schedules, and deliverables.

• Preparation of progress reports.

• Monitoring the achievement of objectives and SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in managing technological projects.

• Experience in infrastructure, applications, cloud, or digital transformation projects.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or PMI methodologies.

• Strong communication skills and team coordination.

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Scrum or PMP certification.

• Experience in the financial or corporate sector.
