Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee various underground utility construction and sewer rehabilitation projects concurrently.

• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, teams, equipment, and the procurement of materials.

• Track budgets, production rates, job expenses, forecasts, and overall project profitability.

• Examine plans, specifications, contracts, and all project-related documentation.

• Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project reports.

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with municipalities, engineers, inspectors, and clients.

• Ensure adherence to contract stipulations, OSHA guidelines, and company safety protocols.

• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with field operations to ensure projects remain on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of Project Management experience in sewer rehabilitation, underground utilities, or heavy civil construction.

• Experience in managing municipal infrastructure projects.

• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with one or more of the following: Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP), CCTV Inspection, Sewer Cleaning, Pipe Bursting, Open-Cut Utility Construction, Manhole Rehabilitation, HeavyJob, HCSS, or comparable construction management software.
