Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee project documentation and monitor task efforts using Smartsheet or Certinia

• Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and link effort and resource names to specific tasks

• Facilitate internal and client meetings with comprehensive documentation and diligent follow-up

• Resolve internal resource conflicts to ensure projects remain on schedule

• Keep project margins within +/- 5% of targets

• Attain CSAT scores exceeding 4.0

• Deliver essential visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle

• Oversee the operational relationship with assigned clients, ensuring their applications evolve to meet business demands

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 2–5 years of experience in a services delivery or technical implementation capacity

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• Basic proficiency in SQL is required

• Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence is necessary

• Understanding of fundamental Snowflake architecture

• SnowPro Core certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment

• Proficient in English

• Local language proficiency as required by regional specifications
