Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of various projects, from initial planning to execution and final completion.

• Effectively allocate resources across projects to ensure optimal team utilization.

• Take ownership of project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial oversight.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks while proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

• Administer change control processes, ensuring that any scope changes are well-documented and communicated.

• Maintain transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and timelines.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and project coordinators to facilitate seamless delivery.

• Drive problem-solving efforts across projects, removing obstacles and ensuring sustained momentum.

• Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with quality standards and client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a technology setting.

• Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.

• Strong background in budget management (3+ years).

• Significant experience in risk management (3+ years).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.

• Experience collaborating with technical teams (e.g., engineers) and an understanding of project delivery in tech environments.

• Capability to work in a balanced environment that is both structured and adaptable.

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on both detail and overarching outcomes.

• Proven track record of leading projects with full ownership and accountability.
