Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the effective implementation of foodservice equipment projects

• Main liaison between Singer Equipment, clients, contractors, and suppliers

• Oversee all stages of project execution, including procurement, scheduling, and resolving issues

• Track project timelines and pinpoint potential risks, delays, or conflicts

• Create and sustain project documentation and tracking systems

• Examine contract documents and specifications

• Manage equipment procurement processes alongside purchasing and manufacturers

• Assist field teams throughout installation and commissioning processes

• Keep an eye on project budgets and expenditures

• Foster strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, though not mandatory

• 1-2 years of prior experience in project management

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Capability to handle multiple projects at once

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software
