Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Support the Production Manager in overseeing production teams and tasks in accordance with SERVPRO® protocols.

• Keep the Production Manager informed about production status as needed.

• Coordinate job requirements, complete job documentation, supervise production processes, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.

• Quickly resolve any issues that may arise.

• Perform production tasks as necessary.

• Provide and communicate precise pretesting, service scoping, and job estimates.

• Monitor and follow up on all assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Establish and maintain rapport with both commercial and residential clients.

• Ensure that scope sheets, photographs, and supporting documents are submitted for entry into the estimating database.

• Comply with the pricing schedule established by the franchise.

• Discuss any changes or deviations from the franchise pricing schedule with the Production Manager.

• Ensure all personnel arrive at the job site as scheduled.

• Coordinate production activities and assign tasks to Crew Chiefs and Technicians.

• Verify that the staging area and equipment for each job are properly set up.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior experience in the Restoration and Construction sectors.

• IICRC certification is required.

• Demonstrated history of outstanding customer service and project management.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in intermediate-level mathematics.

• Experience in restoration and/or construction is preferred.

• A valid driver's license is required.
