Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle for significant customer implementations, encompassing planning and governance to execution and handover.

• Direct comprehensive delivery utilizing a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach as necessary.

• Set the scope and success criteria; create Work Breakdown Structures, timelines, critical paths, milestones, and resource allocations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, Managed Service Providers, and outsourced developers.

• Establish RAID logs, manage change control, and implement stage gates from discovery to hypercare.

• Facilitate project ceremonies and steering committees.

• Generate status reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.

• Manage scope, budget, effort burn, risks, and dependencies effectively.

• Ensure alignment among Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Migrations regarding requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.

• Oversee UAT planning, cutover/runbooks, go-live readiness assessments, and structured hypercare.

• Maintain documentation, templates, workflow maps, and enhance delivery playbooks.

• Define and monitor KPIs such as time-to-value, on-time delivery, scope changes, CSAT/NPS, and post-go-live defects.

• Report on outcomes and leverage insights to enhance delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager executing customer-facing software implementations, preferably in healthcare SaaS or a similarly regulated field.

• Strong foundational knowledge in project management encompassing scope, schedule, budget, quality, RAID, change control, governance, and stakeholder management.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convert complex requirements into clear, actionable plans.

• Experience in eliciting and baselining requirements while managing traceability to acceptance.

• Proficient in coordinating Managed Service Providers and outsourced developers.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in dynamic, high-growth settings.

• Comfortable working independently.

• Data-driven mindset with enthusiasm for process optimization and continuous enhancement.

• Familiarity with common project management and collaboration tools such as Jira/Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project, or their equivalents.
