Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the main point of contact for all new client requests on some of our most critical accounts, collaborating with our internal team to align on priorities and schedules.

• You will oversee an integrated project plan, coordinating with all service lines.

• You’ll plan and track resource utilization on the account, forecast workload and capacity to proactively manage the project budget, and allocate resources effectively.

• You’ll monitor hours and expenses to ensure projects stay within budget, raising concerns with finance and escalating to management as necessary.

• You will manage and assign tasks among team members as required using our PM tool, Wrike.com, or a separate project management tool preferred by clients.

• Additionally, you will handle resourcing assignments for your client projects utilizing this tool.

• You will lead continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency across the company, supporting internal initiatives and operations.

• You possess a natural aptitude for project management, with experience coordinating team members, vendors, and client stakeholders to unite around a project plan and meet deadlines aligned with client goals.

• Your project management approach is proactive, taking anticipatory actions and showcasing your ability to navigate tasks independently without requiring explicit instructions.

• You have successfully managed projects with internal cross-functional teams of 8-10+ individuals.

• You hold a working knowledge of digital marketing, encompassing SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX.

• You advocate for processes and continuous improvements, educating the team on project management best practices while remaining vigilant for new opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.

• You excel in forecasting team capacity for upcoming projects and are adept at finding solutions for unexpected obstacles; your strong communication, organization, and time management skills are unparalleled, and your team appreciates you for them!

• You have experience interacting directly with client points of contact at all levels, adapting your communication style and approach as needed.
