Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage several concurrent projects, launches, program initiatives, and operational priorities simultaneously.

• Develop and uphold project timelines for coaching programs, content initiatives, enrollment campaigns, and business operations.

• Ensure that deadlines, deliverables, and launch milestones are met across the organization.

• Actively identify bottlenecks and keep projects progressing smoothly.

• Ensure that tasks and priorities are well-organized and effectively communicated throughout the business.

• Facilitate communication among contractors, freelancers, virtual assistants, and internal team members.

• Promote accountability across the organization and track outstanding tasks and action items.

• Maintain and organize project management systems such as Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms.

• Enhance operational workflows and pinpoint opportunities to establish more efficient systems and processes.

• Assist in alleviating operational overwhelm by creating structure and visibility around ongoing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations coordination, or related organizational roles.

• Experience in supporting coaching businesses, online education companies, personal brands, memberships, masterminds, or creator-led businesses is highly preferred.

• Understanding of the operational requirements of launches, client programs, and online business environments.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, freelancers, or virtual assistants.

• Experience in supporting operational processes, business systems, and project execution initiatives.
