Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee assigned localization and Linguistic Validation projects to achieve delivery, quality, and profitability objectives.

• Coordinate both internal and external resources to guarantee timely and scope-compliant project delivery.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.

• Keep precise project documentation, trackers, and status updates.

• Track project budgets, invoicing, and change orders to ensure financial oversight.

• Raise any risks, quality issues, or resource challenges as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and produce high-quality results.

• Ensure all tasks align with client specifications and RWS production methodologies.

• Assist in process improvement efforts and promote localization best practices.

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to KPI and reporting initiatives.

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to foster client retention and facilitate account growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management, localization, or project coordination roles.

• Background in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments with multiple simultaneous projects.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Financial acumen and understanding of budget management.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management or localization tools.

• Familiarity with translation management systems, CAT tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools is advantageous.

• A degree or qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
