Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall delivery of projects

• Collaborate with clients and software partners

• Supervise the complete project implementation lifecycle, including budget, resources, and timelines

• Offer clear guidance to the project team, stakeholders, project sponsors, and executive management

• Actively steer the project through its various stages

• Lead the planning phase

• Proactively address changes in the project scope

• Manage client expectations effectively

• Act as the primary point of contact for communications about project status

• Cultivate an atmosphere of mutual respect

• Create and maintain essential project documentation

• Engage actively with project sponsors and executive management

• Supervise the project team

• Function in a consultative role

• Foster an environment of frequent and open communication

• Analyze and oversee project profitability

• Provide continuous feedback to project team members

• Understand the current critical path of the project

• Participate in pre-sales initiatives

• Develop relationships with software partners and clients

• Acquire and maintain necessary certifications

• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
