Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Overseeing projects from initial planning to final completion

• Coordinating with trades, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

• Ensuring robust on-site supervision and program management

• Proactively driving construction progress and addressing site issues

• Managing procurement processes, budgets, variations, and project reports

• Conducting site meetings and facilitating project communications

• Maintaining quality, compliance, and health & safety standards

• Collaborating closely with leadership on delivery strategies and project performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project management

• Strong background in site management

• Familiarity with commercial and residential construction practices

• A trade background in carpentry or relevant hands-on construction experience is highly regarded

• Well-organized and commercially astute

• Confident in leading teams on-site
