Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• At PreBorn!, a Project Manager plays a crucial role in advancing key initiatives across the ministry by coordinating projects and actively participating in their execution.

• This position is hands-on and execution-oriented, responsible for ensuring that projects progress while also stepping in to complete tasks as necessary.

• Depending on individual strengths and assignments, this role may involve supporting operational initiatives, technical systems, or a blend of both.

• Project Managers strive to enhance systems and processes that boost organizational effectiveness.

• This position is not solely focused on administrative project management; it requires a proactive approach to directly execute work to ensure successful project completion.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects.

• Take full ownership of assigned projects from start to finish.

• Step in to accomplish tasks when required.

• Maintain project timelines and deliverables.

• Identify and address risks effectively.

• Actively contribute to deliverables.

• Help with documentation, reporting, and system setup.

• Support testing and rollout activities.

• Fill in execution gaps when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience required.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities while also executing tasks directly.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana).

• Highly desired: PMP certification, scrum master experience, and familiarity with EHR or EMR implementation.

• Agreement with and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.

• A personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Willingness to intercede in prayer for the ministry.
