Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Lead project teams and promote effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product.

• Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Communicate project status, decisions, and updates clearly to maintain alignment among stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance with organizational standards.

• Foster continuous improvement in project processes and workflows to facilitate successful implementation.

• Engage with external partners and vendors as necessary to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or professional certification (PgMP, MSP, PMP) is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, including leading moderately complex projects.

• 2-5 years of experience in project management or customer-facing roles supporting large enterprise engagements, ideally with Fortune 500 companies and within the financial services sector (or 2–3 years of equivalent client-facing experience, preferably in digital marketing).

• 2-5 years of experience with Persado’s product or other technical SaaS solutions, ideally in a B2B context.

• Familiarity with various marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).

• Experience in digital marketing channels (e.g., email, social, web) and diverse use cases (e.g., Acquisition, Services, Engagement).

• Experience in managing technical implementations and conducting A/B or multi-variant testing within digital marketing platforms will be considered advantageous.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities and the capacity to align project outcomes with organizational goals.

• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, MSP, PMBOK).

• Proven experience in managing risks and making high-level decisions.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
