This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Supervise timelines, milestones, and budgets throughout assigned projects.
• Define, facilitate, and ensure the successful completion of medium-scale projects that have a business impact and strict deadlines.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks effectively.
• Maintain realistic project plans and communicate consistently and accurately with stakeholders.
• Utilize predictive or adaptive/agile project management methodologies and tools.
• Guarantee that quality reviews are conducted on schedule and in accordance with procedures.
• Manage change control and ensure that deliverables meet the agreed cost, timeline, and resource budgets while obtaining necessary approvals.
• Lead project teams and address any performance deviations.
• Support release and deployment activities, including recording actions, logging outcomes, and documenting technical tasks.
• Offer early-life support and guidance to initial users as needed.
• Assess, analyze, document, and implement requested modifications.
• Investigate and report hazards and potential risk events.
• Maintain financial records for compliance and audit purposes.
• Assist with IT financial tasks, including cost identification, failure reduction, financial planning, and budgeting.
• Compile financial data and reports to aid in analysis and decision-making.
• Implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Manage problems, issues, resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and information dissemination.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and cultivate customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Adaptable attitude toward work assignments and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Capability to manage multiple diverse tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

• Extensive knowledge of project management practices within the life sciences sector.
• Ability to define and implement suitable strategies.

• Current awareness of trends, tools, technologies, techniques, and processes influencing technology in the life sciences field.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Experience utilizing tools to communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Experience with the cloud deployment of enterprise solutions for the life sciences.
• Familiarity with the cloud deployment of regulatory enterprise solutions.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
• Familiarity with UML, object-oriented, data modeling, process modeling, or other development methodologies.
• Experience and knowledge in the life sciences and regulatory sectors.
• Strong professional experience in a similar role or environment.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or related discipline, or equivalent project-related experience.
• Proficient in English.
