This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Take ownership and enhance our cross-border payments solutions across India, APAC, and other significant markets.

• Partner with engineering, product, and compliance teams to establish scalable and secure payment processes.

• Integrate and oversee payment rails including ACH, SEPA, Visa Direct, RTP, and various local payment systems.

• Make informed product decisions driven by market insights, regulatory needs, and partner feedback.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on regional payment ecosystems and customer requirements.

• Lead Client and Partner Implementations, ensuring setup and configuration are completed successfully.

• Located in India, with fluency in English.

• A minimum of 3 years' project management experience within fintech or payments sectors.

• Extensive knowledge of Visa, ACH, SEPA, and various regional payment networks.

• Understanding of payment messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and SWIFT formats.

• Experience in cross-border payments, remittances, or money movement platforms is advantageous.

• Hands-on, team-oriented, and comfortable in a startup setting.

• Familiarity with Technical Integrations and APIs.

• Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of working independently as well as within multifunctional teams.

• Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
