Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

• Ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, and within budget constraints.

• Define the project's scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and confirming technical feasibility.

• Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources, including personnel, tools, and budgets.

• Create a comprehensive project plan to monitor progress.

• Develop and maintain thorough project documentation for both external and internal clients.

• Employ effective verification techniques to manage alterations in project scope, timeline, and costs.

• Assess project performance using suitable systems, tools, and methodologies.

• Communicate and escalate issues to management as necessary.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders involved.

• Conduct risk management to minimize potential project risks.

• Achieve financial objectives by forecasting needs, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenses, analyzing discrepancies, and initiating corrective measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• University degree, preferably in Administration or digital marketing fields.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the digital marketing or technology development sectors.

• Demonstrated knowledge or hands-on experience in digital marketing and web development.

• Exceptional customer-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational abilities, including attention to detail and the capability to multitask across various projects.

• Extensive hands-on experience with tools such as Trello, Jira, Clickup, and others.

• PMP / Scrum Certification or Marketing Certificates and Development Skills are considered a significant advantage.
