Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Responsible for comprehensive release planning, including establishing agreements with various stakeholders.

• Engage in effective communication with clients and end-users.

• Address and escalate any blockers encountered by the team.

• Manage costs and calculate budgets for new initiatives.

• Facilitate the estimation process for new projects; prepare proposals detailing team structure, required skills, and budget considerations.

• Provide updates to clients and end-users regarding the progress of projects.

• Oversee scope management and handle change requests.

• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience across multiple small to medium-sized projects, managing an average monthly workload of over 10 personnel.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Process.

• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies covering the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing phases.

• Proficient in project management software (such as Jira/Confluence or similar), along with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and MS Project or equivalent planning tools.

• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential for effective communication with clients. Knowledge of German is a valuable asset.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Adaptable to change, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

• Project Management certification is a plus.
