This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee every aspect of the maintenance release process, encompassing sprint planning, development, quality assurance, and release.
• Set and manage expectations along with success criteria for all project participants, including team members and internal stakeholders.
• Create, sustain, and track project plans, which include the scope, deliverables, timeline, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Relay project information, such as status updates, meeting outcomes, change requests, risk assessments, issue logs, schedules, and budget performance charts, among others.
• Handle all facets of project delivery, which includes defining project scope, outlining deliverables, estimating duration and costs, managing the project budget, formulating detailed project plans, and overseeing the project change lifecycle.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to ensure that resource allocation and project delivery align with overarching business goals and objectives.
• Facilitate scrums, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, internal stakeholder demonstrations, and additional meetings.
• Conduct meeting preparation, create agendas, and manage all follow-up actions.
• Establish and maintain tickets within the project management system.
• Coordinate resources and schedules across various departments.
• Oversee scope, budget, and timeline constraints while ensuring execution.
• Collaborate on departmental initiatives to standardize project management practices.
• Enhance operational efficiency and streamline onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant combination of certifications and/or experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in managing product development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Adequate technical aptitude to effectively evaluate and communicate any technical risks or challenges.
• Capable of presenting ideas, collaborating efficiently, and influencing at all organizational levels.
• Strong comprehension of company and business issues.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities as necessary.
• Proven expertise in the role and functions of a Project Manager (including multi-resource management, work breakdown, and managing project issues, risks, dependencies, and schedules).
• Effective communication skills in both oral and written forms.
• Proficient in using online collaboration tools: Slack, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Linear, Jira, or various project management tools.
