Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the complete project delivery process for enterprise IT, Data, AI, and platform transformation initiatives.

• Define the project's scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.

• Establish and govern project management frameworks, including Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

• Foster stakeholder engagement among senior leadership, business owners, vendors, and technical teams.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations with proactive strategies for mitigation.

• Supervise project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate release planning, sprint execution, delivery schedules, and status updates.

• Employ project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Project for tracking and governance.

• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards as necessary.

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, process optimization, and initiatives for operational efficiency.

• Assist in change management activities to facilitate the successful adoption of delivered solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Project / Program Management within enterprise technology environments.

• Extensive experience in delivering projects related to Data Platforms, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise IT initiatives.

• Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience in managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed, and global teams.

• Strong grasp of risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery assurance.

• Practical experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, including interactions with executive leadership.

• Capability to translate business strategy into actionable execution plans.
