Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial escalation point for Strategic CPMs

• Oversee the onboarding, training, coaching, and professional development efforts

• Execute funnel reviews, portfolio assessments, and in-depth project analyses

• Organize team huddles, knowledge-sharing sessions, and promote best practices

• Manage intricate customer programs and significant initiatives across advanced product lines

• Address delivery risks, customer issues, and operational obstacles

• Offer SCPM3 support and after-hours assistance as business needs arise

• Maintain ownership of training materials, process documentation, and delivery standards

• Spearhead continuous improvement projects, governance assessments, and compliance efforts

• Recognize systemic challenges and implement scalable solutions

• Lead and engage in cross-functional meetings, tiger teams, and strategic projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and eliminate barriers

• Influence decision-making and resolve complex escalations without direct authority

• Create operational reports and insights to aid in business decision-making

• Track trends, pinpoint risks, and suggest performance enhancements

• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects, escalations, and cross-functional initiatives

• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational abilities

• Capability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

• Skill in influencing outcomes, building strategic partnerships, and driving continuous improvement

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred

• Comcast may consider a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience

• 7-10 years of pertinent work experience
