Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the client, cross-functional teams, and subcontractors to effectively staff and oversee project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Act as a primary liaison with the client, managing communications during critical and high-profile discussions.

• Ensure alignment between both the client's needs and those of NAMSA.

• Facilitate the transition of the project from commercial to operations with a signed Statement of Work (SOW).

• Oversee project deliverables, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and communication planning.

• Manage the financial aspects of projects according to the statement of work and facilitate change orders as necessary.

• Lead project closure processes, ensuring client acceptance, conducting surveys, and completing documentation and system closure.

• Maintain project metrics and reporting for management reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required or an equivalent qualification.

• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical devices, clinical, regulatory, or a related field is required.

• At least 1 year of project management experience is necessary.

• Proven experience with project management tools, processes, practices, and procedures.

• Advanced certification in a relevant program such as project management, clinical research, Six Sigma, Lean, or a similar program is preferred.

• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Project or similar software as well as SharePoint.

• Ability to understand and navigate the complexities of multiple activities, competing priorities, and limited resources.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
