Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.

• Develop and uphold detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate teams across different functions and oversee resource allocation.

• Identify potential project risks and challenges while implementing mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and deliver regular status reports to leadership.

• Manage project scope and execute change control procedures.

• Ensure that project deliverables are in alignment with organizational goals.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Foster continuous improvement in project management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in project management.

• Proven success in delivering complex projects effectively.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Experience in risk management and implementing mitigation strategies.

• Strong skills in budgeting and financial planning.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in change management.

• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong decision-making skills.
