Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead projects from start to finish, encompassing scope definition, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, monitoring, validation, and closure.

• Manage implementation, evolution, integration, and migration projects for **SCADA, GIS, and ADMS** platforms.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams, collaborating with Network Operations, Dispatch, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, OT, Cybersecurity, and technology vendors.

• Translate operational, regulatory, and business requirements into functional and technical specifications, defining deliverables and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure proper integration between network operation systems and corporate platforms such as **ERP, GIS, asset management systems (EAM), crew mobility, CRM, data platforms, and analytical tools**.

• Manage project governance through monitoring committees, executive reports, milestone control, decision management, and risk escalation.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, cybersecurity, business continuity, and user adoption risks.

• Coordinate functional, comprehensive, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the quality of solutions prior to production deployment.

• Lead change management activities, user training, and post-implementation stabilization.

• Ensure compliance with architecture standards, documentation, quality, security, and operational continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.

• Experience managing medium to high complexity technology projects.

• Knowledge and experience in projects related to **SCADA, GIS, and/or ADMS**.

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches).

• Experience in systems integration and digital transformation.

• Knowledge of **IT/OT** environments, solution architecture, and cybersecurity applied to critical infrastructure.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and work with diverse stakeholders.
