Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accountable for autonomously managing the effective delivery and implementation of ModMed's solutions, which encompass both internal and external deliverables, as well as managing relationships with internal and external customer stakeholders, while achieving ModMed's KPIs for billable utilization, time-to-revenue, CSAT, and adoption.

• Receive agreements from the sales team, review all knowledge transfer documentation and order forms to ensure proper initiation of projects.

• Based on this information, draft a project kick-off and timeline, initiating technical projects and securing tactical resources (training/BC) necessary for a successful implementation.

• Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, project timelines, and status reports, utilizing these to facilitate regular project calls and/or executive steering committees as needed.

• Document, update, and maintain all work and time entries in CRM, Project Management tools, or other appropriate systems from the point of sales handoff until project closure.

• Independently oversee the successful delivery and implementation of backend setups and configurations for relevant features.

• Manage change requests to balance project risks, delivery KPIs, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction.

• Facilitate essential change orders, credits, order forms, or addendums via Salesforce/CPQ or Operations teams.

• Elevate at-risk projects to management and leadership levels as necessary.

• Provide executive summaries, resolution recommendations, or specific requests for support.

• Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery and risk mitigation.

• Oversee any necessary iterations of mutual project plans to ensure project success.

• Travel for Project Kick-Off, Project Status updates, Go-Live events, or Project Closure at the client's location; willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

• Maintain current knowledge and experience with ModMed's products, healthcare service implementations, and Project Management methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant project management and/or management experience, plus at least 2 years in a relevant business role.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in clinical environments, either through previous clinical training or clinical implementations (preferred).

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Cloud Coach, or similar products is necessary.

• Experience in payments is preferred.

• A knowledgeable and articulate individual who can engage with people at all organizational levels and has exceptional communication skills.

• A decisive person with a strategic focus, as well as operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspectives.

• A strategic planner with strong technical skills, analytical abilities, sound judgment, and a robust operational focus.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as project work necessitates; frequency will vary based on project requirements.

• A highly organized and self-directed individual capable of working independently without direct supervision.

• Ability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong capability to collaborate with individual contributors to identify business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement innovative solutions, and measure delivery results.

• Must possess an agile mindset to ensure client success.
