This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Oversight and Management: Organizing various project phases and providing status updates.

• Commercial Operations: Processing orders through CRM, preparing follow-up quotes, and managing invoicing.

• Enhancing Profitability: Engaging with customers to discover and capitalize on sales opportunities.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Keeping in touch with customers and partners.

• Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue business opportunities.

• A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Software Project Management, Business Administration, or a similar qualification.

• Several years of experience in project management.

• Proven experience in managing budgets and mitigating risks.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, partners, and team members.

• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure DevOps, and Conceptboard.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English at a business level.
