This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee the complete delivery process of technical projects, primarily within CX and telecommunications sectors.
• Manage both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Develop and sustain project plans that encompass tasks, timelines, responsibilities, and milestones.
• Recognize project risks and collaborate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to address and resolve issues.
• Adhere to established project management methodologies, including scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, and Finance teams, as well as external partners.
• Supervise project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures in conjunction with Finance teams.
• Generate project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
• 7+ years of practical project management experience, with substantial exposure to CX, telecommunications, or infrastructure-related environments.
• Demonstrated capability in managing technical projects from inception to completion, including accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, maintenance tasks, and multi-party technical cutovers.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for facilitating meetings, driving decision-making, and effectively managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and financial analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with remarkable attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in multicultural and geographically distributed team environments.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the telecom, ISP, carrier, UCaaS, CX, or wholesale voice sectors.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification.
