This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Play a pivotal role in assisting customers throughout their successful implementation journeys.

• Maintain project timelines, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.

• Cultivate strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

• Remove obstacles for developers and address dependencies before they escalate into issues.

• Recognize potential risks, develop various scenarios, and outline a successful path forward.

• Ensure the achievement of project goals.

• Collaborate closely with an agile development team during the entire project lifecycle.

• Lead scrum ceremonies, which include daily sprints, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Promote continuous team improvement and process enhancement through a servant leadership approach.

• Identify and address problems, inquiries, dependencies, and other team-related challenges.

• Monitor team velocity, health, and sprint progress while communicating risks to relevant stakeholders.

• Manage budgets, timelines, scope, and associated risks.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients on projects, ensuring transparency.

• Provide excellent client communication and customer service.

• Take detailed notes on action items and efficiently share information and tasks with the team.

• Report weekly to the manager regarding project health, including budget, schedule, and scope issues.

• Deliver weekly/monthly status updates to clients.

• Advanced to fluent proficiency in English is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or related roles.

• Direct experience in the digital domain and understanding of software development project life cycles.

• Hands-on experience with various software development methodologies and project management tools, such as Scrum/Agile and Kanban.

• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Possession of a Scrum certification (PSM).

• Fully remote work arrangement.

• Open to Brazilian contractors only.

• Compensation provided in Brazilian Reais (R$).
