Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop a project plan based on the scope of work established by the Solutions Architect utilizing Smartsheet.

• Determine activities, dependencies, sequencing, and time estimates.

• Onboard the engineering team regarding customer systems, project scope, processes, deliverables, and documentation requirements.

• Collaborate with the customer to create a project kick-off presentation, charter, and tracking mechanism.

• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and sprint retrospective meetings.

• Facilitate discussions on architecture internally and externally, hold review calls, and document decisions with teams operating in India and across three US time zones.

• Proactively generate meeting notes, weekly presentations for customers, and organize project documents and recorded calls.

• Review and approve employee timesheets and leave requests while managing team calendars.

• Ensure customer success by proactively communicating project status, risks, and requests.

• Take charge of customer escalations and facilitate their resolution.

• Negotiate changes in project scope by preparing the necessary project documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in cloud engineering or data engineering projects.

• More than 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master working with clients in US time zones.

• Proficiency in using Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence, and Clockify.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching abilities.

• Expertise in managing both internal and external teams.

• Strong skills in prioritization and problem-solving.
