Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist account teams in delivering high-quality results on time for all client projects.

• Oversee client-related action items, deliverables, promotions, and updates to the marketing calendar.

• Monitor tasks, timelines, and interdependencies across various projects.

• Promote effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Ensure all responsibilities are executed, documented, and communicated efficiently.

• Manage and update client marketing calendars and promotional timetables.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with agency objectives.

• Serve as a primary contact for questions and updates related to execution.

• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout all stages of projects.

• Oversee the distribution of creative deliverables, ensuring precision and timely delivery.

• Assist in onboarding new clients by coordinating project setup, timelines, and required resources.

• Collect and organize essential information to facilitate smooth transitions for new accounts.

• Work collaboratively across functions to position clients for long-term success.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote work setting.

• Familiarity with project management tools and processes.

• Ability to work autonomously while remaining in sync with team objectives.

• Design experience is advantageous, particularly for effective communication with creative teams.
