Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Coordinate the daily delivery of projects.

• Oversee project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Build and nurture trusting relationships with clients and partners.

• Track project metrics and health using Kyriba’s PSA tool.

• Monitor project hours and financial budgets, while communicating budget consumption.

• Manage projects according to the defined scope and handle any changes.

• Create project timelines that ensure the achievement of goals.

• Actively manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct regular oversight meetings to evaluate project progress.

• Review and approve timesheets submitted by implementation consultants.

• Review and authorize client consulting invoices.

• Acquire a functional understanding of Kyriba software.

• Implement Kyriba Implementation Methodology and best practices in Project Management.

• Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed according to project plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 3 – 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS implementations.

• PMP, Prince2, or other project management certifications are advantageous.

• Knowledge in areas such as Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management.

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business, Management, Finance, or relevant experience.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Spanish is required.
