Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the planning, coordination, and execution of KOMPAN projects from inception to completion.

• Collaborate closely with customers, installers, contractors, and internal teams to guarantee that each project is carried out safely, efficiently, and meets the highest quality standards.

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

• Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and ensure proactive communication with all involved parties.

• Work in close partnership with Sales, Project Coordination, Installation, and BackOffice teams to facilitate smooth project execution and enhance customer experience.

• Lead the installation of playground and outdoor fitness projects from planning through to completion.

• Offer technical support to Sales during the quotation process.

• Review or develop site-specific Safe Work Method Statements.

• Coordinate efforts with installers, contractors, and external partners.

• Prepare necessary documentation, site reports, and completion reports.

• Manage building applications and ensure adherence to local regulations.

• Participate in project kick-offs, construction meetings, and internal team discussions.

• Monitor project budgets, margins, and delivery timelines.

• Provide assistance to the service and aftersales team as required.

• Maintain precise project data within the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing construction, landscaping, installation, or similar technical projects.

• Background in project management within construction, landscaping, installation, or related fields.

• Knowledge of contractor management and coordination with external partners.

• Possess a technical background in landscape construction, site management, or related areas.

• Proficient in interpreting drawings, site levels, and project setting-out.

• Operate in a structured, quality-driven, and solution-oriented manner.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and partners.

• Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office and digital project management tools.

• Exhibit ownership of tasks and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
