Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Coordination of operational processes.

• Communication with external contractors.

• Preparation, management, and archiving of organizational documentation.

• Support and maintenance of a structured digital document storage system, including spreadsheets.

• Collection and organization of financial documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and calculations (P&L, budgets).

• Analytical skills – ability to make data-driven decisions to improve processes.

• Understanding of document flow, expense accounting, and payment processes.

• English proficiency – B1 level.
