• Lead the transcreation and localization efforts for marketing materials, ensuring brand coherence while honoring regional cultural distinctions.

• Simultaneously oversee the production of multiple assets for various global markets.

• Act as the primary point of contact for projects aimed at non-English speaking regions, ensuring linguistic precision and relevance to local markets.

• Navigate intricate organizational frameworks to align project objectives between regional leaders, global brand managers, and executive stakeholders.

• Cultivate relationships with third-party partners, guaranteeing high-quality results and budget compliance.

• Organize regular meetings between creative teams and local market specialists to address bottlenecks and expedite approvals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a global agency or multinational corporation.

• Demonstrated success in managing projects across diverse geographies, particularly in transitioning content from English to non-English markets.

• Extensive knowledge of the localization process, including experience with translation management systems or professional linguists.

• Proven capability to handle 'multi-stakeholder, multi-deliverable' projects where competing priorities are common.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate communication between technical teams, creative departments, and external vendors.

• A proactive mindset in identifying project timeline risks and implementing contingency measures.
