This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to ensure clarity on the solution.

• Organize and conduct the project kick-off meeting.

• Articulate the delivery methodology.

• Develop, disseminate, and oversee the project plan, incorporating relevant phases.

• Allocate resources to align with the delivery plan.

• Coordinate system configuration activities.

• Manage consultancy coordination.

• Outline training programs.

• Provide timelines for reports, data loading, and integration tasks.

• Coordinate the resources necessary for software development.

• Implement a post-go live review process.

• Ensure a smooth Customer Support handover, as required by the project's scale or complexity.

• Clarify the project scope.

• Recognize customer resource limitations and adjust accordingly.

• Manage project budgets effectively.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Control written plan acceptance, phase completion, and project sign-off procedures.

• Provide advice and insights on developing test plans.

• Capture exceptions and manage them appropriately.

• Deliver internal and external project updates and conduct checkpoint calls as necessary.

• Make go/no-go decisions regarding live controls.

• Manage variations in project scope and their commercial/planning consequences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing ERP implementation projects, with Sage Intacct being particularly advantageous.

• Strong skills in project planning and stakeholder management.

• Proficient in managing software development, integrations, and third-party solutions.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Process-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong commercial acumen and experience in budget management.

• Customer-centric approach with a dedication to service excellence.
