This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create and sustain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource distribution for designated projects.
• Assist in tracking financials, conducting actuals-versus-budget assessments, and forecasting.
• Proactively identify and address project risks while aligning dependencies with broader change management initiatives.
• Gather and evaluate project data to provide timely status reports and KPI updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings.
• Uphold governance standards and document lessons learned.
• Enhance EPMO processes.
• Assume full responsibility for standard to moderately complex projects and drive business outcomes that align with performance, financial, and quality objectives.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or project support roles (or a Master's degree).
• Strong understanding and practical use of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Expertise in analyzing project data, monitoring KPIs, and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience working collaboratively within matrixed, cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of digital collaboration and project management tools, including Google Workspace and monday.com.
• PMP or CAPM certification is regarded as a significant advantage.
