Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the telemedicine initiative alongside on-ground implementation partners.

• Supervise the daily operations of ongoing projects.

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders—including implementing agencies, funders, and government entities—to ensure successful implementation.

• Cultivate stakeholder engagement with key individuals to ensure programs are effectively designed for scalability and sustainability.

• Partner with both technical and non-technical staff to manage telemedicine programs collaboratively.

• Create tools for monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment.

• Collaborate with the implementing agency's field staff to carry out periodic monitoring and impact assessments.

• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Regularly report project metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Formulate strategies to enhance operational efficiency within projects.

• Assist in training master trainers or end users.

• Develop quotes and proposals for partners and funders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Health Informatics, or a related field is required.

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in project management or implementation roles.

• Field experience in rural areas of a developing country is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with technology-based or ICT4D projects is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with remote team members.

• Ability to work independently is essential.
